Click the ”Free Quote” button, enter your zip code, and get a free instant quote. If this quote fits your needs, finish signing up by filling out our intake form. Have questions? Contact our friendly team by phone, email, or Facebook Message.
2. Schedule Your Services
After signing up for services, a Pooch Scoops representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the rest of our process.
2. Invoice and Payment
Once your initial service is scheduled, you will receive an invoice for your first month. Pricing is prorated based on the date you enroll. The payment for your initial month’s services will be automatically debited from your card on file.

Congrats, you are officially a member of the Pooch Scoops family! You can enjoy spending time with your furry friend without the worry of stepping on any surprises.
5. Monthly Billing
After your initial cleaning, billing is processed on the 1st of every month, prior to servicing. Pooch Scoops will automatically generate an invoice that is sent to you via email on the 1st and debit your card on file shortly after. Automatic payments ensure uninterrupted scheduling each month. If payment is not received before your first scheduled cleaning of the month, services will be paused.

We all know how crazy the weather can get in Utah. That being said, we continue to offer our services even during the snowy months. Your dog doesn’t stop doing their business because of the snow and neither do we. However, to ensure the safety of our service technicians, we will move a service out a few days if ever forced by extreme weather.

Due to various factors, including new customer cleanups, weather-related delays, and additional services requested during visits, we are unable to provide exact arrival times for our service technicians. However, we will always sent a text one hour before arriving at your property.
Yes, actually! We love dogs and love cleaning with them there. However, if your dog shows signs of aggression, we may ask that you bring them inside to complete your service.
Yes, you can request a specific day of the week for your service. However, not every day will available in your area. We will typically give you 2-3 different options in your requested day of the week is unavailable in your area.
Due to negative experiences with collecting payments after services were rendered, we only offer pre-billing. We will generate your invoice on the first of each month and charge your card on file shortly after. This also helps to ensure that our route schedule is optimized for the entire month.
