Pricing is prorated based on the date you sign up. You will only be charged for the services that will be completed during the remainder fo the month.
We all. know how crazy the weather can get in Utah. That being said, we continue to offer our services even during the snowy months. Your dog doesn’t stop doing their business because of the snow and neither do we. However, to ensure the safety of our service technicians, we will move a service out a few days if ever forced by extreme weather.
Due to various factors, including new customer cleanups, one-time cleanups, and weather-related delays, we are unable to provide exact arrival times for our service technicians. However, we will always send a text an hour before arriving at your property.
Due to negative experiences with collecting payments after services were rendered, we only offer a pre-billing option. We will generate your invoice on the first of each month and charge your payment method on file shortly after. This also helps to ensure that our route schedule is optimized fore the entire month.
To provide an affordable and efficient service, we double bag all waste after each cleaning and place it in the trash bin on the property. However, due to the larger amount of dog waste typically accumulated before the initial visit, we will always haul away the waste collected during the first cleaning.
Yes, actually! We love dogs and love cleaning with them there. However, if your dog shows signs of aggression, we may ask that you bring them inside to complete your service.
